A 4 day weekend the wrong way
Whew, am I glad this weekend is over. It started Wednesday afternoon by me going home early from work because I was freezing and I kept finding myself staring aimlessly into my laptop. My sickness raged on into a sinus infection like nothing I ever had before. My brain was pounding with a kind of pressure that made me wonder when my eyes were going to pop out and I was either freezing or burning up al the time. I was an achy, miserable mess. I finally went to the doctor and got some medicine, which turned me into a total stoner. Dizzy and sleepy with intermittent flashbacks. I don’t get sick very often. But when I do at least I make it count! Uggh.
On a positive note I have not had any caffeine since Wednesday and I plan on staying of the stuff for a while. I’m going to take this sickness and break from life in general as an opportunity to make some healthy changes in my life, both physical and mental.
